The Leather Community Outreach Project offers training and technical assistance to not for profit organizations that deal directly with clients. This effort is to increase the cultural competency and raise the bar of service/understanding of/for the leather community as well as those who don't identify with the leather community but who engage in "alternative sex".

Leather COP offers a variety of training services and continues to expand topics offered.
